The vision of creating a purpose built stud is seeded while vacationing in Australia, when a small acreage farm near Coffs Harbour is discovered. Settlement occurs from overseas, and yearly return trips then commence to implement pasture improvement initiatives, create an irrigation infrastructure with reservoirs and dams. and install full horse safe post and rail fencing with electrobraid across the entire property.
